Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully laid out, offering great toiletries and luxurious towels. However, there was no kettle, drinking glasses, or drinking water in the room.
The hotel offers a fabulous view overlooking the Thames and The Shard in the distance. The rooms look a bit outdated for a 5-star level and lack tea and coffee facilities. The service was fantastic, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is stunning both in the day and night, with convenient transport options nearby. The dining experience was rushed and limited, but there are choices available. Overall, a mixed experience but with many positive aspects to enjoy.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were much bigger than I expected, and the staff was always on hand and very helpful. The hotel was super clean and comfortable, making my stay excellent. The only downside was the lack of temperature control in the rooms.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room offered an amazing river view but felt outdated for a 5-star rating in 2021. The service was excellent, particularly the lady at reception, but there were some issues with the availability of dining options. The location was great for exploring the vibrant Cabot Square area and had convenient transportation options, although booking clarifications are needed. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvements.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom had a great view. However, the Deluxe King room felt a bit dated and overpriced. The service was mostly attentive, but there were occasional moments of rudeness from some staff members. The location was perfect for my work in Canary Wharf, but lacked vibrancy. The dining experience had some issues with ingredient shortages, but the food was delicious. The facilities were overall great.
